At Bubbie, we want your shopping experience to be as effortless as packing for your dog. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and returns.

Shipping

Free Shipping: All orders $75+ qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.

Processing Time: Each order is carefully prepared within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Speed: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping: Coming soon! Stay tuned for updates.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pup to love every Bubbie product. If something isn’t right:

Returns Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds: If you would like a refund, simply contact us to start a return and we’ll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
